Idea to ensure people are staggered in a class with a lot of twisting and stretching to help with this, but regardless class itself was the best.

The pain was completely gone after the class. Houyem is very attentive and friendly, giving useful cues and options throughout the class. Her classes are balanced, paced well and I love the creative flows. Thank you Houyem and Zoga for providing such a class, supporting new mums ❤️

As an improvement point, I would change the lights and music a bit more dynamically (like other HIIT classes, e.g. in Platform) to maximize the motivation and boost the performance.
