Will definitely be returning thank you so much, hollie. The parking was so easy to find as well, which is sometimes a struggle at Studios and free.

She gave very clear instructions, demonstrating each movement while also explaining what to focus on, and made sure we maintained the correct form throughout the class. The facility is beautiful and well-equipped, and the studio was spacious and comfortable. The AC was a little loud, but thankfully she used a microphone, so I had no trouble hearing her. I will come back for sure!

She doesn’t just guide you through the poses, she explains the how and why behind the practice, which makes the whole experience more meaningful. Now I understand why people fall in love with yoga. The reformer carriage was squeaking and didn’t move smoothly, which affected the overall experience. The leather on the carriage was also visibly worn and damaged, and the cleanliness of the studio seemed like an area for improvement. Unfortunately, because of these issues, I don’t think I’ll be returning.
