I also noticed he does the moves along with the beat, which definitely is satisfying when you’re working out! It’s the little details that count. Will def take his class again and I told my friends to come w me next time bc that’s just how good he is!

This is heated space and easily works up a gentle sweat, ideal for beginners new to hot yoga & want to experience the health benefits of the practice without too much strenuous movement.
