Gii encouraged us to talk to each other and ask her questions whenever needed, which was definitely needed. I was adequately challenged for a gentle yoga class and never felt pressured to force specific poses I couldn’t do comfortably. I loved it!

She explained the flow of the class, went over how to use the platform, and was very encouraging throughout the workout. I got the Pilates shakes-definitely kicked my butt. Overall the place was super clean, very friendly staff, and a variety of workout classes. I will definitely be coming back :)

I went to Breathe yesterday and it was truly amazing! I was able to stretch and Danielle did some hands-on adjustments to make my stretches more glorious.
