alle Bewertungen anzeigenLoved the class! Ellen was an informative and enthusiastic instructor! I usually don’t like group fitness classes because they go too fast but Ellen’s pace was comfortable. Make no mistake! It was still a great workout, even the low impact cardio in the beginning had me sweating! Would definitely take a class taught by her again! Thanks Ellen for a lovely class! ☺️
