I am struggling with some neck issues and she was able to work with them and offer me some relief. She is down to earth, skilled, very knowledgeable and was helpful in giving me some follow-up exercises and others suggestions.

There aren’t enough cold tanks (just 2) for the capacity of the sauna, so hopefully the owners can add this in the future. The sauna shares space with a yoga studio, and while no one in the session I attended was unruly or particularly loud, they were constantly asked to keep the noise down because a class was in session. (They were speaking and laughing at a normal level). I do think management should probably just label this as a silent spa experience and set those expectations up front. Also of note, bring a towel. They charge for towels, though I do think they should be provided. It’s a minor gripe, but something to be aware of
