    Sam Miller’s Shreds Monday class is hands down one of the best classes I’ve taken. The energy from start to finish is incredible, and Sam does an amazing job keeping everyone motivated and engaged throughout the entire workout. He creates a fun, challenging, and welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to keep coming back every week. The space is great, the vibe is always positive, and you can tell how much effort and passion he puts into every class. Highly recommend taking Shreds with Sam.
