The class was a perfect full body workout with an emphasis on core strength which is what I look for in a Pilates reformer class. Every move was thoughtful and actually doable while still being challenging. Danielle’s was very attentive and her verbal cueing and hands on adjustments were extremely helpful.

She took the time to demonstrate movements on the reformer and made sure everyone felt comfortable and confident. If you’re looking for a great place to try pilates for the first time, this is definitely the spot. I’ll definitely be coming back to take another one of Allie’s classes!

She also gave me some really valuable adjustment/feedback around form to moves that I've been doing for ages but never got much out of, and now I know why! The studio is clean but the workout is nowhere near traditional Pilates, doesnt even have mirrors and the music that most of the coaches play is garbage. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else, literally toddlers could probably teach better than the ‘coaches’ here.

Lauren greeted me w/ so much energy right away it honestly made me feel welcome instantly. Since I’m new to reformer Pilates, she took the time to walk me through the machine, which I really appreciated. Her coaching style is clear, encouraging, and just the right amount of challenging. She offered helpful modifications when needed, but still kept the class Extra spicy and fun with the way she flows everything together. There are screens to follow along with, but I barely needed them because her cues were relatable/ simple to follow and clear. I felt supported the entire time and genuinely had great experience,while getting a great workout. Definitely a 10/10 experience I’ll absolutely be back to try other formats.

It was my first day back doing pilates in months (& even back in the day, I never really did it enough to feel great). She made the class enjoyable yet not too difficult.
