I liked that she had a theme (transforming anger), which continued during yin poses and not just for journal prompts

You will feel stronger and calmer after this class. The room is dimly lit with mood lights which made it very easy to drop in to the practice.

alle Bewertungen anzeigenThis was great! Jeanne was very encouraging and led a practice that was both very accessible to folks and had a lot of opportunity to find more of a challenge. Emphasis on intentionality and connecting breath, but no spiritual/energetic aspect at all, nor actual breathwork — which I like to have, but understand some don’t. Not a repetitive flow really, but very natural transitions and a good balance of asanas. Very welcoming/community atmosphere, the women next to me went out of their way to introduce themselves and connect after class. All sorts of folks in the class at all ability levels! Looking forward to the next time I’m in the area to come by

Circuit style with accessory movements, and the instructor was great at giving adjustments, alternative movements, and pushes when he noticed movements looked too easy. Highly recommend!
