alle Bewertungen anzeigenI’m a pilates/barre/yoga/light weights/walk everywhere girlie, not a bootcamp/crossfit/lifting heavy/solidcore/runner, and so this class was not a style I enjoyed. BUT! If you do like that style of working out, this is a really great class - Justin is a phenomenal instructor, the music is loud and energizing, and his cues are clear and motivating. Three of these classes and I feel like you’d see a noticeable difference.

Luckily I’ve taken an intermediate or intro to yoga class before so I was familiar with the language and the poses. If you haven’t done so already, this class may not be for you. I recommend taking something a little slower. This one was more fast pace. We did a lot of reps / of each set. Taylor was great. Lovely speaking voice, and she walked around the room to make sure everyone could see her as she demonstrated what to do. I will definitely be back!

I have found this at Train and Nourish. The staff is wonderful and any class is good for all levels of fitness. It is also accessible to people looking to exercise who have additional mobility needs.
