alle Bewertungen anzeigenI’ve taken a pilates class here before and enjoyed it, and this HIIT class further cemented S2S as my go-to fitness studio! I was lucky enough to get one-on-one instruction with Anthony. He was super encouraging, focused on correcting my form and addressing my concerns. While the class is advertised as “hard core,” I felt like it delivered a good balance of intensity without being overwhelming. Highly recommend!!

alle Bewertungen anzeigenI did the belly dancing class with Martha! She was so sweet and friendly and really took her time breaking down the specific dance moves which was much needed for someone like me who doesn’t pick up the moves first time around. I wish the class was two hours long because class ended just as we got the hang of it! She teaches different styles and this time we learned a Kuwaiti version. I wore workout clothes and yoga socks but next time I’ll bring a scarf to wrap around my hips and maybe some ballet shoes without the grip on the bottom like my socks had.
