    Absolutely beginner friendly!!! Jeannie was great! Patient and very clear instructions. She checked people’s form and made sure we knew which part of the machine and springs to use at certain times. Other Pilates can be intimidating but Jeannie made it simple and helped build confidence. I would 10/10 recommend this class if you’ve never been on a reformer before!

    Obsessed with this gym. All of the trainers are friendly plus knowledgeable, the atmosphere is clean, spacious and has everything you need. I tried out one of the boot camp classes; definitely worth it! Had an enjoyable experience because it allowed me to push a lot harder with the motivation from Mike and the other members.

    The instructor was very good. She did a great job explaining why and how to different poises. She challenges us to try to do more, but gave you options as well. The facility was nice, your typical recreation center. The staff was friendly and flexible to let me complete the paperwork after the class.
