I love that she demonstrates the moves and provides accommodations for those who aren’t as advanced. Her playlists are also so fun! I was super comfortable taking her class and I would definitely book again:)

alle Bewertungen anzeigenOne Lagree is always recommended, as it’s conveniently set in turtle creek.. walking distance from Katy Trail and has an abundance of classes from the early morning into the night. I took a class with Nicole which has a very chill and cool style of teaching! She has the most diverse musical playlist and you can clearly hear all of her instructions, she doesn’t scream or yell. (This is such a big deal in small studios that have microphones.👀) I like how she demonstrates each move and walks around the reformers to make suggestions and set up the machines for the clients during the session, such a small gesture that is a very big help while class is going on. Also, has a great personality and is really sweet, she teaches with intention.

The dynamic moves are slow and controlled, which allows me to recruit those muscle fibers that sometimes get overlooked with faster moves.

My classmates are awesome ! Especially the veteran in the class :) super supportive. Hard to get in class pass tho; I watched the opening like a hawk glad I am able to get one class.

Anna’s class is quite the challenge but she always provides alternative move for those that may need some assistance and guidance. Pace is good and temperature of the room also good. You will get a great burn in this class! Ty!
