I am still shaking from this class - can’t wait to go back! The instructor gave lots of helpful tips to engage your muscles more. The studio is also so beautiful and in a great location!

alle Bewertungen anzeigenThe training was great. The movements were not "complicated" but they were very effective! I consider it as a class similar to a pilates class partially with weight. The movements were different from those I am familiar with in many other pilates classes, but they are also good and effective ones. You feel your muscles working while you can easily manage all the movements. Considering it was mentioned by some other visitors that it is difficult to find the location, I have to say that it was very easy for me to find the sport center with Google maps, the man at the sport shop at the entrance was also very friendly and helpful- he told me where I can find the classroom since there are many different sport classes/rooms at the center. The class does feel very "local" and "Austria": The trainer speaks German (I'm unsure about the use of English there). Most participants were from the neighborhood and the coach does not use a computer for "checking in", but it doesn't matter to me. I liked the training, I would visit it more often if it is close to my place.
