alle Bewertungen anzeigenCoach J was fantastic, the space is very clean and nice. The workout was full body & comprehensive with 8 stations, 45 seconds on 10 sec off. Even though it’s 24 mins of actual workout time and a few mins of rest , ~30 mins total it’s a great strength training workout. Gives you plenty of time to also stretch & cool down after.
