Athena and Nathan ended class with the harmonium and guitar with the most beautiful Bhakti practice. This class is such a delight; a real treat in Orange County.

Not only is she a ball of sunshine her teaching style is so fun! I had the best time and I made new friends who were so supportive too. I am so taking her class again. I’m more of a hip hop girl so this style will take some getting used to. Thanks again for a great workout and first experience with choreography 🥰
