alle Bewertungen anzeigenThe name is misleading. This is a Silver Sneakers class (for more mature people). Most of the exercises were done sitting in a chair. We did two short stretches at the end. We used small weights and a ball. Not the class I was expecting, but the instructions were clear and the instructor made sure everyone was safe. :-). So… not a true stretch class.
