I eagerly anticipate her classes whenever I have the opportunity to attend. However, I would suggest for the instructors to announce the no-filming policy before class starts.There was a girl filming in class a few rows ahead of me, and it was a bit distracting because I didn’t want to be recorded, especially since everyone else follows the rule and there are signs on the door before entering class.

Awesome music, fab instructor. It didnt feel as warm in the room as previous classes, but nothing to blame the instructor for. 10/10 class!

It was a thoughtful and balancing meditation. Afterwards, the practice followed the classic hot yoga dialogue, which was well paced and easy to follow. The studio is impeccably clean and well maintained . I look forward to attending another practice soon.

alle Bewertungen anzeigenHonestly I have been to many mat Pilates classes, and this was one of the toughest and best classes I have ever been to - and this one isn’t even heated! I am so sad this studio is closing and it was my first time there today. Brenda was an incredible teacher. I love how much she focused on the warm up and breathing throughout the entire class. It made such a different in the workout. I hope to find Brenda at other mat Pilates classes in the Gables/Grove area and I hope this studio opens up again soon!!
