This is very important because first time I took her class I was positioning my shoulders in wrong way and wondered why my shoulders were hurting me. I especially loved how Angela practiced with us & showed us how to get to different modifications throughout the entire class. I was able to try out different modifications & check my form with hers. The practice was synchronized with the music, which made it more enjoyable like we were doing a choreography. Thanks Angela for such a great class! See you again!

The cues given were an easy flow & I could easily follow (even as someone new to the terminology). Will definitely be returning 😊

The instructor led us through a nice routine, and the savasana at the end was so relaxing that I almost fell asleep. (I think someone actually did). The studio and views are so lovely, it's nice to take the tea at the end and relax outside with it. Wholly recommend!
