see all reviewsI’ve been exploring a few different studios and workouts through ClassPass and I think this one has been my favorite instructor and workout I’ve done so far. I was shaking and sweating barely a quarter into it and I love that Ania isn’t afraid to fix your form or let you know how to modify for an easier or harder rep. As others have noted, the only downside I’ve really noticed with the studio is the cleanliness.

This class is heavily focused on spirituality, which may be new or uncomfortable at times for people not used to thinking that way, but it was very relaxing and I left much less tense.
