alle Bewertungen anzeigenClass and instructor was great. I can’t really tell the difference between this version and the candle lit version. This class was less hot compared to candle lit but not sure if that was intentional or due to fewer people in class today. The way the instructor does the class is different from the other instructor too. In this class I think we held the poses longer and the music was different. I love both so try both and see which one you like more!

The atmosphere was incredibly friendly, and I had the opportunity to brush up on my Spanish skills. The instructor was extremely easy to approach, as he not only showed us every single movement but also made sure our form was correct and kept us motivated throughout the entire class. I absolutely adored how they seamlessly transitioned from the treadmill to weights and even included rowing machine. By the end of the session, I had burned a whopping 500 calories.

alle Bewertungen anzeigenClass was good, it was my first time playing tennis so I do feel like the class needs more structure and explanation because it was a little chaotic. When you arrive nobody receives you, there was really no explanation of anything (the coach tried his best to explain to me but he had like 20 more people to attend so it was too quick). Some points to improve:1. no dogs should be allowed on the class, there was a poor puppy crying for 2 hours tied to the gate. 2. Separate the class in 2 groups: beginners and experienced so they can explain the basics to the new ones. 3. Limit of people, there was too many people for the space and 2 coaches.
