alle Bewertungen anzeigenJessi is truly so amazing! She’s so welcoming and down to earth. I love the intentions she sets for our practice every time; it all feels really honest and real. She makes an effort to learn names and provides support and encouragement throughout class in a way that feels really personal. She consistently challenges the class and even makes time to teach new postures and balances. You know how teachers sometimes suggest balances “if it’s in your practice,” or you see expert yogis doing all these crazy poses? Jessi actually plans to teach them step by step in her classes. In her smaller classes, she’ll literally go one by one to make sure everyone gets a chance to try and feel the balances in our own bodies. She makes everything so much less intimidating and shares a lot from her own experience, which makes the class feel really grounded and wonderful.

The class was definitely challenging but in the best way possible! My instructor was a 10/10 and did an excellent job explaining everything and giving clear directions throughout the class. I learned so much and had a great time. I will definitely be back!

It was life changing as several years later sound therapy is the one thing that works with my nervous system. I’m happy I found this blessing of an instructor again. The space is divine.
