Rachael was such a baddie and was so down to earth! i loved her aura and her teaching style was perfect for beginners and intermediate members. she gave so many words of encouragement and her feedback/corrections were personal and didn’t feel shameful at all! she is amazing and I’ll be back for sure!!! don’t feel intimidated, it was well worth it! already booking my next class with her 😊❤️🔥

And I thought she did a wonderful job meeting us where we were at as far as skill level. Also MAJOR fan of the mission to create an accessible space for people of all ages, sizes, and shades.
