Caitlin was an amazing instructor who made us feel comfortable while encouraging us to push ourselves. The studio was clean and organized, and everyone from the front desk ladies to the women in the class were so welcoming and helpful. As first-timers, my friend and I had a great experience and will definitely be back!

We cycled thru so many postures in the same timing as other instructors but somehow felt like more in a good way. Would absolutely recommend her class again!

alle Bewertungen anzeigenGreat studio! All around fantastic studio and class. This studio does not have a water fill station which is my only complaint. Hot yoga studios I think should always have water fill station. Aside from that, it was an all around great experience!

However, upon arriving to what I thought was a group dance/Zumba style class there was only myself and the male instructor and I was told him and I would be dancing together. I felt uncomfortable and left.
