alle Bewertungen anzeigenI’ve gone to class here a few times now. Good experience overall. Workouts are challenging but definitely accessible to beginners and easy to scale up or down. Mostly women attending. Different days focus on strength training different muscle groups or cardio conditioning. Classes only use body weight, bands, dumbbells, and kettlebells (no barbells). You can check on their website to see what’s happening on any day.
