It was just me and another client that had been to many sessions and it allowed Rosalva to give me a lot of attention I needed to ensure I was doing everything safely and correctly. She was so nice and showed me exactly what I needed to do and what I needed to adjust. I would 100% recommend an Essential Reformer class for anyone looking to get into Pilates!!!

She knew this was my first time and asked if I had any injuries. During the class she gave clear instructions. Although I have back injuries I felt comfortable throughout the session and I got a great workout. I definitely will be back and I would recommend Hunter’s class.
