She reminded me about the reason we practise yoga, to be present and focused, ending with a lovely short, seated meditation. This is was a genuine slow flow, strong yet peaceful. Rayne is a true professional, down to earth, no fluff, just a human sharing her wealth of knowledge.

She was absolutely wonderful and genuinely interested in making sure we were in the correct positions and made adjustments accordingly. The studio was lovely and overall just a great experience.
