Big plus they have 2 machines to train both abductors and adductors 🍑👍. The dumbbell options have up to 60kg I believe. Even though I’m not that strong to use them, it might be useful for those hardcore weightlifters 😁

Saying that, I only knew a few things about it. Some exercises, nothing much, and this class was the perfect way to introduce me to this world. The vibe you feel with everyone around does make the difference! I want to come back for sure! Thank you, Naomi, for being so kind and energetic!

There were towels in a couple of the lockers for people to use but they were not regularly being replaced. I did have five different lockers until one did eventually lock but I really liked how you did not have a key to care for during the session as it was locked with a personalised 4 digit code.

Conor from customer service was an absolute angel fixing the problem for me and even adjusting my time to compensate classpass’ fault. The gym was great. Only thing to note is Alexa’s volume was not working but good thing there was another portable speaker. Overall good experience.

Only thing I’d recommend is to have an emergency phone in the waiting area in case someone (like me) forget their phone in the studio post session and can’t get back in to get it. Lucky I had my Apple Watch so could call the emergency number.
