I also appreciated that the instructor tried to explain the poses step by step, though at times the instructions were a bit hard to hear given the size of the space. Just to give others an idea, this class may not be ideal for beginners, so it’s good to note that. But overall, it was a really good stretch!

The instructor gave good vibes and great instruction that was easy to follow. Would love to come back for more!

Pearl gives precise instructions, to the degrees of rotation and distance from hand and feet, everything is serious and clearly from the strongest foundational yoga education. English is not her first language, but I could understand everything perfect. Language is not at all a barrier. Maybe one of the best classes ever. Not easy, but you would learn a lot by continuing her classes. Would love to see what else Prem offers. I love ending with a cold towel and cup of hot ayurvedic tea. Comfortable atmosphere at Prem. Will be back.

alle Bewertungen anzeigenfirst time joining a yoga class and it was a really great grounding experience with Ms. Marie ⭐️ she guided us every step of the way and explained how each movement was supposed to feel. she wasn’t intimidating at all and her speaking voice was very soothing - i felt so relaxed after. the place was also nice, cozy, and clean. i’ll definitely come back and try a fundamentals class next time
