The flow was not for first-timers but teach Rose and my classmates were super supportive so I made it through !!! I wished there was a variation for first-timers tho bc I was culture shocked 😅 + i hope there were more apparatus available bc we took turns lang using it unlike other studios. Will def go back to try the other classes bc of the v supportive environment 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

Overall a good class! The studio has yoga mat available so you don’t need to bring your own. 🌸 Has nice and clean facilities too.
