I was honestly very intimidated by doing a cycling class but this was so much fun! I burned a ton of calories and I love that the air was on so I didn't feel gross with sweat even after working my butt off. I will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone who wants to try cycling. Fun music, cool lights, killer workout. Yes, your butt will hurt from the seat the day after but that's part of the spin journey.

I think there’s a common misconception that tai chi is for older people due to its slow pace. I disagree! The movements were more challenging to hold due to the pace, and it forced me to actually be mindful about my form (as opposed to blasting through reps). Additionally, the core work and forms involved prepare you for this and other martial arts. The teacher is great and the studio was easy to find in the fitness center. Highly recommend!
