It’s located on the second level of the car park, not hard to find at all if you know the shopping centre. The gym is very well spaced and has 3 exercise rooms for different classes and multiple machines and weights. The receptionist was very thorough with health checks when I arrived as I was new and showed me around. The bathroom provides deodorant and other sanitary toiletries which is a great plus! I definitely recommend this gym for any woman wanting a safe place to be active and take time for herself
