I’ve taken all forms of reformer classes in New York City and I like this format. Everyone had mirror space and the music system was great and I loved the playlist. The instructor taught a well thought out class that gave me an awesome Byrne. Feeling it today and I love it.

Love the focus on micro muscle strengthening and making it very tough with low impact. Don’t love lunges but unlike many such classes they didn’t over emphasize . Great studio too

Meliza has such a lovely radiant light and encourages her students to be the best. I am so excited to return to next week’s class. She’s amazing and I feel like I really worked my body out which isn’t always the case with some exercise classes I take. It was nice to feel challenged again. I highly recommend her class.
