However, I did moves today that I haven’t ever done in a formula class, so I very much appreciate the creativity and variety of moves! This was a nice change of pace for the Formula that I will add in to my regular class roster!

I was new to the studio and from the moment I walked in, it was welcoming, friendly, and encouraging. Candice at the front desk is the perfect welcome to get you in a positive mood before class.
