It was manageable for beginners (first time ever cycling!), they took their time fitting my shoes and bike, and Addie was amazing! 10/10 recommend. (2/10 seat comfortability but I guess that just means I need to get better at riding while standing and crushing those up-hills. 😆)

Rasaun does a fantastic job making sure everyone has proper form throughout the class and is constantly encouraging you to push through. I really enjoy coming — I've been going consistently for a while and still find the workouts a challenge. What I love most is that there are people at all different stages of their fitness journey, so you never feel out of place.
