And it feels more like traditional yoga where the instructor emphasizes the integrity of the poses, as opposed to some of the more athletic yoga classes that have popped up downtown but don’t teach anything about form. I left feeling challenged and sweaty! It was a great class!

alle Bewertungen anzeigenI thought this class was really unique and had a lot of fun! I recommend avoiding shorts, as the harness can be uncomfortable. That said, the instructor kept switching songs and was on her phone, which made the class feel a bit disorganized. I also felt the pace was slow, and we could have fit in more songs. Hopefully, in the future, they’ll offer more class times and allow Level 2 on ClassPass!

She had a lot of props- we used hanging aerial yoga clothes to get into new ranges of motions with hips and shoulders. Would recommend!
