The gym itself was clean yet stocked with a wide range of weights and equipment, the music was motivating, and the format of rotating stations was as fun as it was challenging. Her instruction on form was very helpful (lots of instructors at other studios don’t mention/critique form hardly at all), and the flow of the class/cadence in her voice was authentic and natural. My only critique was the music choice. A little too distracting. One instrumental, soothing song played during Shavasana that I loved and wished a playlist would have been based off of that song. Other than that, PHENOMENAL class. 👍🏼
