alle Bewertungen anzeigenFun class, it'd be more cardio-worthy once you get better at it! I struggle to get the hang of it for my first time, but there's no pressure to keep up with anything here. Unlike your usual gym sess, where you can see everyone moving at same pace and you might feel pressured to keep up there's no pressure. Because aerobics are tough, so it's definitely more of a fight against yourself and the water instead. 😂 Don't worry about not knowing how to swim as the pool is 1.2m.
