There’s a cardio burst in the middle of class and meditative breathing at the end which was different from other classes. Instructor was good, offered modifications for injuries and was very welcoming and friendly. Beautiful studio, looked updated and clean

So I was late and didn’t know it was heated which was my fault but the teacher helped me get situated, never made me feel bad, I was very clearly new and it was fine and I’m so glad I stayed!

alle Bewertungen anzeigenGreat, slow moving gentle stretch class. Instructor was fantastic. My only recommendation: please put signs outside. I showed up about 7 minutes early and the spa doors were locked, I walked around and tried all gym and spa doors (all locked), no one around, then went into hotel and the front desk hadn’t heard of Lobo fitness. Then walked back to the spa, walked around the back of the building to the gym, knocked loudly so someone finally opened it, but then the door to Lobo was locked. It was very frustrating and confusing. Eventually , after more loud knocking, someone came, but I ended up being late after walking around aimlessly for 15 minutes!
