alle Bewertungen anzeigenThe class was a nice way to wind down the evening and the work week. I like how Robert walked the newcomers through expectations. The experience was surprising, in a good way, and calming at various times throughout the evening. I still feel the effects of the breath work hours after the class. The Breathwork made me aware of the existing kindness around me in the community and reminded me ti also berate and return the kindness.

alle Bewertungen anzeigenSometimes I feel like the universe’s favorite, I am so grateful for that class last night, I am recovering from a frozen shoulder and a pinched nerve and today feel substantially better. Thank you to the amazing instructor, my daughter and I can’t wait to visit again.

The last time I only heard her say hello on the computer to two people but there are so many people in person… and since she’s catering to the people from home she doesn’t walk around the room to give any adjustments. The computer set up also takes up a bunch of room since no one wants to be in the computers camera shot. Still love her classes regardless!
