KC leads the class with the utmost care and attention to detail with during transitions. The space is clean and airy with a water station, changing room with lockers if needed if not cubbies are available inside the studio for items. I like that this class is “non heated” but there is residual heat in the room from the earlier classes so you still get a really good sweat!! 🔥

Front desk staff was also super welcoming, took time to chat, and gave me a thoughtful tour, which I always notice. Only downside was the amenities situation. Schlepping my mat and multiple personal towels around town isn’t exactly the luxury fitness experience I expect from a 12+ credit studio class. It’s giving… Planet Fitness with better lighting. Spending extra for basics that are included at comparable studios just isn’t super enticing, and I was also disappointed the chilled towels advertised weren’t actually available. That said, I’d absolutely come back for a 6–9 credit class and happily schlep my entire household with me for a genuinely good workout. Thank you!

She is always giving small improvements to form which I look for in teachers. Her bubbly energy is also unmatched. On top of that, she makes genuine effort to connect with the people in her class. She was nice and I liked how she had us set an intention and we focused on breathing and being mindful.
