My back pain was so severe that I went to urgent care to test for kidney failure just in case, and was prescribed muscle relaxers. I’d been wanting to try cryotherapy, but just never got around to it. I found this place nearby, and decided to give it a go. Super easy to find, lots of parking. Was greeted right away. Check in was easy, and the walkthrough was super helpful and informative. I got to pick a song to play in the chamber, and was explained after effects. I slept like really well that night. Really good deep sleep and REM sleep. And when I woke up, no major back pain! Which is great considering I did a 12-hour work day after my cryotherapy session. I really appreciated how easy and fast it was to hop in and out of this facility, and am a firm believer in cryotherapy now. I will most definitely be back!

They even gave me a complimentary 10 minutes of red light therapy, which was such a nice bonus. Overall, it was a great experience! They also offer a variety of services to boost energy and support the immune system. I left feeling refreshed, energized, and already can’t wait to go back!
