She moves around the room and models poses. Also, she pays attention to your body, gently instructing when to go deeper or how to adjust yourself to prevent injury. Big fan!

So many low cost massage places now don’t sheet the inside of the cradle. Lily massage does and I appreciated it! She did an incredible IT band stretch on me that I will never forget. She was responsive to my feedback and also such a sweet person! I highly recommend.
