It was a little overwhelming for my first class but you get the hang of it. 18 stations, rotate through 3x. Burned 450 calories and I’m no pro. Give it a shot. Diverse ages and abilities for sure. Non intimidating environment.

alle Bewertungen anzeigenWills classes are always very effective and challenging. He’s a great trainer and he keeps you focused on the tasks and is very very good about correcting your form. Even though it’s a group class he always manages to make it feel personalized to you and exactly what you need in terms of performing the exercise correctly and your level of training. I would suggest for the sake of new clients to put a description of the location and how to find the basement downstairs from the entrance and explain you need to go down the elevator to get to the gym. It’s a little bit confusing in the beginning and easy to get lost since it just looks like apartments and office building and not a gym.
