alle Bewertungen anzeigenHalf the class was spent telling us about an upcoming trip to ball. Maybe about 25 minutes of guided movement. Good for light exercise but you won’t get a Pilates burn in this space. HIIT and circuit classes here are amazing however

alle Bewertungen anzeigenThe space is gorgeous and I really enjoyed my class with Jess. She corrected my form a few times which was great as you don’t get this in most studios. Good burn and will come here again! My only recommendation for a better experience would be that the reformer and mat next to it weren’t very clean and I’m sensitive to dust etc but otherwise great experience and I’ll go again.
