There was all ages and abilities in the class, though, and she offered lots of ways to add and remove difficulty of the workout. Make no mistake, though, it WAS a workout. Maybe 15% yoga, 10% aerobic and 75% HIIT. I needed it. Great class.

So her routine today really nailed then”full body” — just wish they would put a cap on these types of workouts, there is way too much up and down, side to side, heavy usage of heavy weights to be that close to our neighbors - even staggering didn’t help much. Other than that, I liked Samantha! One of the best instructors I’ve taken here.

If managment reads the comments can I suggest a sticky mat at the door so people who don’t change shoes can’t at least get some sidewalk / subway / bathroom filth off their shoes since many exercises require us on our forearms and hands.

Everyone here was incredibly nice - both the instructor and the patrons. It didn’t feel cliquey at all. The workout was hard and cardio heavy but I could pace myself. None of the moves were, but you definitely feel your muscles working. They set everything up for you too! It’s the first workout in a while that I actually feel good after.
