alle Bewertungen anzeigenDanny’s class was awesome! He is very personable and the sequence was a good mix of stretch and strength training. The space is clean and the class is not too big. There were complimentary towels which is super nice and the entire ambiance was just super relaxing. I wish the room got even hotter because I like to sweat profusely but that was not a dealbreaker. Will definitely recommend this studio and this particular instructor to everyone I know.

I love the music she plays and each time I’ve taken her class it’s been completely different, using a variety of equipment which is exciting to me as it’s a challenge! She readily offers modifications and I appreciate how she circles the room paying close attention to form and giving suggestions. I’ve taken tons of mat Pilates classes at several studios and hers are top tier.
