alle Bewertungen anzeigenFun, fast-paced class to get a good sweat in! About half of the time is spent doing strength exercises with dumbbells/body weight and the other half at the punching bag. The punching bag was my favorite part! Got some pent up frustration to take out? Punch it out! Remembering the 6 different punches was a bit confusing since this was my first time and the instructions moved quickly, but I went my own pace. There are visual instructions projected on the wall for the strength exercises, so that was easy to follow. Music and our instructor, Jennifer, were energetic!

alle Bewertungen anzeigenWhat I liked about the class was the intense and wide range of movement and exercises our instructor had us do while performing the 4 basic punches and drills. The instructor was amazing! His instruction were clear and his friendly and cheerful vibe was welcoming for beginners like myself. There is music always playing in dim lighting within the space. I will certainly be returning for the experience and for the instructor/owner!
