The instructor explained everything clearly, demonstrated each movement well, and made sure to give every participant individual attention to execute the exercises correctly. She also provided thoughtful adjustments for both beginners and more advanced participants. Some of the movements—especially being upside down—can feel intimidating, but in this class I felt safe and supported throughout.

She is one of the few teachers actually teaches me how to use my body well, other than just teaching the movement and count….. every single session with her is a surprise as I can find my body and movement pattern change.
