It was my first few times trying yoga and he was really clear about the instructions and educational on what exercises I could do to improve my shoulder strength etc. Not the instructors fault at all but I think the studio itself feels a bit noisy because it’s next to the boss’ (?) office…and he was on a Zoom call and it was super noisy. Hope the boss can find soundproofing or something to make it less noisy for the students.
