alle Bewertungen anzeigenAaron was great, willing to explain at any time, uplifting personality throughout the class. The technology in the class is great, the constant visuals help keep you on track. The class appears to have a lot of regulars, based on their level of fitness. If this is true, they are proof of the facility’s effectiveness. The class was challenging, yet you control your pace within the exercises. The layout of the stations works well. I really enjoyed this class.
